8.B.iii. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a one hundred dollar ($100) cancellation fee.
8.B.iv. After deduction of the applicable cancellation fee, any remaining refundable balance will be returned to the original payment method.
8.B.v. If a cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours occurs due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the client may request to reschedule the appointment instead of receiving a refund. Rescheduled appointments are subject to SREM availability and must be arranged directly with SREM through email or personal communication.
8.B.vi. When an eligible emergency reschedule is approved, the client will not be required to submit an additional booking payment. The original payment will be applied toward the rescheduled appointment.
8.B.vii. Approved rescheduled appointments must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days of the original appointment date unless otherwise approved by SREM in writing.
8.B.viii. Unused service credits may be transferred to another individual, including a property owner, real estate agent, family member, or other designated recipient, provided the transferred service remains consistent with the originally purchased services and all applicable scheduling requirements are met.
8.B.ix. Failure to provide access, failure to appear, inability to complete the shoot due to inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information, or refusal to proceed after SREM arrives at the property may be treated as a cancellation after arrival and governed by Section 9 (Refund Policy).
8.C. Weather & Operating Conditions
8.C.i. SREM reserves sole discretion to determine whether weather, lighting, or environmental conditions are suitable for safe and effective operation.
8.C.ii. Weather or environmental conditions that impact visual outcomes do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any refund eligibility shall be determined according to Section 9 (Refund Policy).
8.C.iii. If SREM determines conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the appointment may be:

8.E. Refund Eligibility Reference
8.E.i. Refund eligibility, limitations, and refund procedures are governed exclusively by Section 9 (Refund Policy).
8.E.ii. Cancellation approval does not automatically guarantee a refund unless the circumstances meet the requirements outlined within these Terms & Conditions.

9.B. Refunds Prior to Service Completion
9.B.i. Refund eligibility before completion of services is determined according to the cancellation and rescheduling provisions outlined in Section 8.
9.B.ii. Approved refunds resulting from eligible cancellations will be issued after deduction of any applicable cancellation fees, administrative costs, payment processing fees, travel expenses, or other expenses already incurred by SREM.
9.B.iii. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when available and may require reasonable processing time.
9.B.iv. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a full refund unless otherwise approved by SREM. Clients may instead request an emergency reschedule subject to availability as outlined in Section 8.B.
9.C. Completed Services & Delivered Media
9.C.i. Once SREM has completed the scheduled on-site services and delivered the proof version of the project, the booking payment shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable because it represents completed production services, editing, creation of the proof media, and reserved production resources. Any remaining balance due under Section 7 remains payable before final media delivery.
9.C.ii. Client dissatisfaction based solely on creative preference, editing style, composition, pacing, music selection, property appearance, lighting, weather, or surrounding conditions does not qualify for a refund. Clients are provided one (1) complimentary round of revisions as outlined in Section 6.B before final approval.
9.C.iii. Clients are provided the revision opportunities outlined in Section 6.B to address reasonable corrections or adjustments.
