1. Hero Discount
1.A. Hero Client Discount Eligibility
1.A.i. The Hero Client Discount is available to individuals who meet one of the following criteria:
1.A.i.a. Active Military
1.A.i.b. Veterans (honorably discharged)
1.A.i.c. First Responders (including Firefighters, Police Officers, and Emergency Medical Services personnel)
1.A.i.d. Correctional Officers
1.B. Discount Application
1.B.i. A five percent (5%) discount is applied to the total service price.
1.B.ii. If a client books a service and any portion of the work is performed but later declines the remainder of the service package, the Hero Client Discount will not apply to the completed services.
1.B.iii. The discount applies only when the qualifying individual is the property owner or the property owner’s spouse.
1.C. Verification Requirements
1.C.i. Valid documentation must be provided to confirm eligibility and is subject to review and approval by Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM).
1.C.ii. SREM reserves the right to verify eligibility documentation via email or in person prior to applying the discount.
1.D. Discount Stacking
1.D.i. The Hero Client Discount may be combined with other active promotions or incentives.
1.D.ii. The total combined discount shall not exceed the maximum limit defined in Section 1.F.i.
1.E. Acknowledgment
1.E.i. As a veteran-owned business, SREM honors and appreciates the service and sacrifice of military personnel, veterans, and first responders.
1.F. Discount Limitations
1.F.i. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by SREM, the maximum total discount applied to any booking—including but not limited to Hero Client Discounts, promotional offers, referral incentives, or courtesy adjustments—shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total service price.
1.F.ii. Referral compensation outlined in Section 10 is not considered a client discount and does not apply toward the maximum discount limitation in this section.
2. Services Provided
2.A. Scope of Services
2.A.i. Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM) provides professional real estate video and media services, including:
2.A.i.a. Ground Photography
2.A.i.b. Drone Photography
2.A.i.c. Ground Video
2.A.i.d. Drone Video
2.A.i.e. Neighborhood Vibe Tour
2.A.i.f. Cityscape Showcase
2.B. Service Location
2.B.i. All services are rendered at the property location specified by the client on the Pre-Service Questionnaire during booking.
2.C. Service Quality & Expectations
2.C.i. Each service is designed to enhance real estate marketing efforts through cinematic visuals, storytelling, and professional-grade production quality tailored to highlight the unique character of each property.
2.C.ii. SREM does not guarantee specific visual outcomes or results due to variables outside of its control, including but not limited to property condition, lighting, weather, and surrounding environment.
2.D. Owner-Operator Listings (No-Charge Services)
2.D.i. If the Owner of Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM) is acting in the capacity of a licensed real estate agent under an executed Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement for a property, certain SREM media services may be provided to that seller at no additional charge.
2.D.ii. Any media services included at no charge must be explicitly outlined in writing within the executed Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement between the licensed agent and the seller.
2.D.iii. Complimentary services provided under this provision are considered part of the real estate representation agreement and are not separately invoiced.
2.D.iv. The inclusion, scope, and type of complimentary services are solely at the discretion of the licensed agent and must be documented in the listing agreement.
2.D.v. This provision applies only to properties personally listed by the Owner of SREM and does not apply to third-party agents, brokers, referral partners, or independent bookings.
2.E. Separation of Roles
2.E.i. When acting as a licensed real estate agent, the Owner of SREM operates under their real estate brokerage.
2.E.ii. Media services included within a listing agreement are provided as part of the real estate marketing strategy and not as a separate consumer transaction through SREM.
2.F. Service Area & Travel
2.F.i. SREM provides services within its standard operating area.
2.F.ii. Properties located outside of the standard service area may be subject to additional travel fees.
2.F.iii. Any applicable travel fees will be disclosed to the client prior to booking confirmation.
3. Scheduling
3.A. Appointment Scheduling Requirements
3.A.i. Appointments must be scheduled at least thirty-six (36) hours in advance through SREM’s official scheduling platform.
3.A.ii. Scheduling is not considered confirmed until all required booking steps, including payment of the booking fee, are completed.
3.B. Same-Day and Urgent Requests
3.B.i. For urgent or same-day service requests, clients must contact SREM directly.
3.B.ii. Same-day or expedited scheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
3.C. Booking Fee Requirement
3.C.i. A booking fee is required to reserve a service appointment.
3.C.ii. The booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of the service and is not an additional charge.
3.C.iii. Refunds, credits, or forfeiture of the booking fee are subject to the terms outlined in Section 8 (Cancellation & Rescheduling).
3.D. Rescheduling
3.D.i. If a client reschedules an appointment, the booking fee may be applied to the new date in accordance with Section 8.
3.D.ii. Additional fees may apply depending on the timing of the rescheduling request.
3.E. Scheduling on Behalf of Property Owner
3.E.i. Any individual scheduling an appointment on behalf of a property owner must have proper authorization.
3.E.ii. Written consent from the property owner is required in such cases.
3.E.iii. See Section 5 for full details regarding written consent requirements.
4. Pre-Service Questionnaire
4.A. Purpose
4.A.i. The Pre-Service Questionnaire is a required post-booking form that must be completed after a service has been scheduled through the official SREM service scheduler.
4.A.ii. The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect accurate and detailed information about the property to ensure proper preparation, safe access, and efficient execution of the scheduled services.
4.B. Information Requested
4.B.i. The questionnaire requests essential property details, including but not limited to:
4.B.i.a. Full property address
4.B.i.b. Access instructions (lockboxes, gate codes, parking guidance, etc.)
4.B.i.c. Presence of animals or pets on the property
4.B.i.d. Safety considerations or restricted areas
4.B.i.e. Any additional notes relevant to filming or photography
4.B.ii. Accurate and complete information helps SREM deliver the highest quality results while minimizing delays, safety concerns, or missed highlights.
4.C. Completion Requirements
4.C.i. The form must be completed by the property owner or an authorized representative with written consent from the property owner.
4.C.ii. See Section 5 for details regarding written consent requirements.
4.C.iii. The questionnaire must be submitted prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to complete the form may result in rescheduling or cancellation.
4.D. Confirmation
4.D.i. Once completed and signed, a copy of the questionnaire will automatically be emailed to both SREM and the individual who submitted the form for recordkeeping and confirmation purposes.
5. Authorization and Written Consent
5.A. When Written Consent Is Not Required
5.A.i. If the property owner schedules the appointment directly with Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM), written consent is not required.
5.B. When Written Consent Is Required
5.B.i. Written consent is required when any individual other than the property owner—such as a real estate agent, property manager, family member, or tenant—schedules services on the owner’s behalf.
5.B.ii. This requirement ensures SREM is legally authorized to access and photograph the property and protects both the property owner and the requesting party.
5.C. Authorization Requirement
5.C.i. The property owner must provide written authorization granting the representative permission to act on their behalf prior to or at the time of service.
5.D. Required Information for Written Consent
5.D.i. Written consent must include the following:
5.D.i.a. Full legal name of the property owner
5.D.i.b. Property address
5.D.i.c. Full legal name of the authorized representative
5.D.i.d. Property owner’s phone number for verification purposes
5.D.i.e. A clear statement granting the representative permission to act on the property owner’s behalf
5.E. Authorized Actions of Representative
5.E.i. Written consent must authorize the representative to schedule real estate photography and/or videography services at the specified property.
5.E.ii. Written consent must authorize the representative to complete and sign the Pre-Service Questionnaire on the property owner’s behalf.
5.E.iii. Written consent must authorize the representative to submit payment on the property owner’s behalf, if applicable.
5.E.iv. Written consent must include the property owner’s signature, whether handwritten or digital.
5.E.v. Written consent must include the date of authorization.
5.F. Media Rights Declaration
5.F.i. Written consent must include a statement indicating whether the property owner grants or denies SREM permission to retain copyright ownership and use non-identifying photographs or videos of the property for portfolio, marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.
5.F.ii. This selection may also be indicated on the Pre-Service Questionnaire.
5.F.iii. Property owners who do not grant permission may request a formal Media Rights Release Form, which, once executed, forfeits all SREM usage rights to the media.
5.G. Submission of Written Consent
5.G.i. Written consent may be submitted via email to contact@snyderrealestatemedia.com.
5.G.ii. A scanned copy or clear photo of a handwritten or digitally signed document is acceptable.
5.G.iii. Written consent may also be physically provided to SREM on the day of service.
5.H. Failure to Provide Consent
5.H.i. If required written authorization is not provided prior to or at the time of service, SREM reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse service without liability.
5.H.ii. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees outlined in these Terms & Conditions may apply.
5.I. Example of Acceptable Written Consent
5.I.i. “I, [Property Owner Name], the legal owner of the property located at [Street Address, City, State, ZIP], hereby authorize [Authorized Individual Name] to schedule real estate photography and/or videography services with Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM) for the above-mentioned property. This individual is also authorized to complete the Pre-Service Questionnaire and submit payment on my behalf, if applicable.
I may be reached at [Phone Number] to verify this authorization if necessary.
Media Rights Statement: I do / do not grant Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM) permission to retain copyright ownership and use non-identifying photographs or videos of my property for future marketing, portfolio, educational, or promotional purposes.

6. Video Rendering
6.A. Proof Delivery
6.A.i. A proof version of the completed video will be delivered to the email address listed on the Pre-Service Questionnaire.
6.A.ii. The proof allows the client to review the video for accuracy and provide feedback prior to final delivery.
6.B. Complimentary Revisions
6.B.i. One (1) round of reasonable revisions is included at no additional charge.
6.B.ii. Revisions may include minor adjustments such as text corrections, small clip swaps (if available), timing refinements, or a music change when feasible.
6.B.iii. Revision requests must be submitted in a single, consolidated response to help ensure an efficient turnaround.
6.C. Additional or Extensive Edits
6.C.i. Additional revision rounds beyond the included round may be subject to an editing fee of $50 per round.
6.C.ii. Requests involving significant restructuring, full re-edits, or re-shoots are not included in the standard service and may require a new agreement and additional fees.
6.D. Creative Style & Expectations
6.D.i. SREM maintains a consistent cinematic editing style aligned with its portfolio and prior work samples.
6.D.ii. By booking services, clients acknowledge familiarity with SREM’s general editing style and creative approach.
6.D.iii. While every effort is made to accommodate reasonable preferences, video production involves creative discretion regarding pacing, shot selection, transitions, and color grading.
6.D.iv. Creative decisions made by SREM shall be considered final after the included revision round has been completed.
6.E. Final Approval & Delivery
6.E.i. Once revisions (if any) are completed and full payment is received, the final high-resolution video will be delivered.
6.E.ii. Final delivery signifies project completion.
6.F. Refund Policy
6.F.i. Due to the time-intensive and creative nature of video production services, refunds are not available once the shoot has been completed and a proof has been delivered, except as otherwise outlined in these Terms.
6.G. Turnaround Time
6.G.i. SREM strives to deliver media proofs within one (1) to three (3) business days following the completion of the scheduled service.
6.G.ii. Turnaround times may vary depending on workload, project complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.G.iii. Expedited delivery may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.
7. Payment
7.A. Booking Fee Requirement
7.A.i. A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve a service date with Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM).
7.A.ii. The booking fee secures the scheduled shoot date and covers on-site services and initial media creation.
7.A.iii. The booking fee is applied toward the total service price and is not an additional charge.
7.B. Remaining Balance
7.B.i. Payment of the remaining balance is due after delivery of the media proof and prior to the release of final, high-resolution media.
7.B.ii. SREM reserves the right to withhold final media delivery until full payment is received and confirmed.
7.C. Accepted Payment Methods
7.C.i. Secure electronic payment link, including credit or debit card, ACH transfer, or other approved online payment methods.
7.C.ii. Cash payments accepted in person, at or before the time of final media delivery.
7.C.iii. Checks are accepted only if prearranged in writing and must be fully cleared prior to final media delivery.
7.D. Late or Non-Payment
7.D.i. Failure to submit payment in full within seventy-two (72) hours after proof delivery may result in delayed delivery, cancellation of remaining services, or forfeiture of the booking fee at SREM’s discretion.
7.D.ii. Any media delivered prior to full payment remains the property of SREM and may not be used, published, distributed, or transferred until payment is received in full.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
8.A. Company-Initiated Cancellations
8.A.i. Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at its discretion due to safety concerns, legal restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
8.A.ii. If SREM cancels an appointment (excluding weather-related drone restrictions), a 5% discount will be applied to the client’s next booking.
8.A.iii. Clients will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
8.B. Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling
8.B.i. Cancellations made more than twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a one-time booking fee refund or may be applied as a credit toward a future booking, at the client’s discretion.
8.B.ii. Cancellations made within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a $50 fee, which will be deducted from the booking fee. Any remaining portion of the booking fee may be refunded or credited at SREM’s discretion.
8.B.iii. If a client reschedules more than twelve (12) hours prior to the appointment, the full booking fee will be applied to the new date.
8.B.iv. If a client reschedules within twelve (12) hours of the appointment, the booking fee will be applied to the new date and may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
8.B.v. The booking fee becomes non-refundable once services have been rendered.
8.B.vi. Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests may be denied future bookings and may be deemed ineligible for booking fee refunds or credits at SREM’s discretion.
8.B.vii. All refunds, credits, or fee waivers are issued at the sole discretion of SREM unless otherwise required by law.
8.C. Weather & Operating Conditions
8.C.i. SREM is capable of operating in a wide range of weather conditions, including cold temperatures, and will proceed with scheduled services whenever reasonably possible.
8.C.ii. Clients acknowledge that weather conditions may impact lighting, exterior appearance, and overall visual results, and such conditions do not constitute grounds for refunds, re-shoots, or discounts.
8.C.iii. SREM reserves the right to determine whether conditions are safe and suitable for operation.
8.D. Aerial (Drone) Limitations
8.D.i. Drone operations are subject to additional restrictions, including but not limited to weather conditions, airspace regulations, visibility requirements, and temporary flight restrictions.
8.D.ii. SREM reserves sole discretion to delay, modify, or cancel aerial portions of a service if conditions are unsafe, non-compliant, or legally restricted.
8.D.iii. If aerial footage cannot be completed, SREM may, at its discretion:
8.D.iii.a. Substitute ground-based footage.
8.D.iii.b. Reschedule the aerial portion of the service.
8.D.iii.c. Issue a partial refund for the aerial portion only.
8.D.iv. Inability to complete aerial services does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of the full service.
8.E. Client Responsibility for Scheduling Conditions
8.E.i. Clients are encouraged to schedule services during favorable weather conditions to achieve optimal visual results.
8.E.ii. SREM is not responsible for suboptimal media quality resulting from client-selected scheduling conditions.
9. Drone & Aerial Operations
9.A. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
9.A.i. All aerial and drone services provided by Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM) comply fully with FAA Part 107 regulations and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
9.A.ii. SREM retains sole authority over all flight operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
9.A.iii. Drone operations will not violate airspace restrictions, Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFRs), or other legal limitations.
9.B. Weather, Visibility & Environmental Limitations
9.B.i. Drone operations are subject to environmental conditions including wind, gusts, precipitation, temperature, visibility, and lighting.
9.B.ii. SREM may delay, modify, or cancel drone operations if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.
9.B.iii. Environmental limitations do not entitle clients to full-service refunds.
9.C. Airspace & Operational Restrictions
9.C.i. Some properties may be within restricted or controlled airspace, near airports, helipads, or other sensitive locations.
9.C.ii. Operations in such areas may require authorization or may be prohibited entirely.
9.C.iii. SREM is not responsible for delays, limitations, or inability to perform aerial services due to airspace restrictions or denied flight authorizations.
9.C.iv. Clients are not guaranteed aerial footage at any location.
9.D. Operational Adjustments & Partial Coverage
9.D.i. If aerial services cannot be completed due to legal, safety, or environmental limitations, SREM may, at its discretion:
9.D.i.a. Substitute comparable ground-based footage
9.D.i.b. Reschedule the aerial portion of the service
9.D.i.c. Issue a partial refund limited to the aerial portion of the service only
9.D.ii. Inability to perform aerial services does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of the full service.
9.D.iii. If the property is inaccessible, obstructed, unsafe, or materially unprepared, SREM may proceed with limited coverage, reschedule the service, or apply additional fees at its discretion.
10. Referral Policy
10.A. Eligibility
10.A.i. Licensed real estate brokers, firms, and salespersons may participate in Snyder Real Estate Media’s (SREM) referral program.
10.A.ii. Participation is voluntary and does not affect standard service pricing, availability, or service quality.
10.A.iii. Participation in the referral program is not required for any client or agent to book or receive services from SREM.
10.B. Referral Tracking & Codes
10.B.i. Referral codes are assigned by the broker or firm to participating agents for tracking purposes.
10.B.ii. Clients must provide a valid referral code on the Pre-Service Questionnaire at the time of booking.
10.B.iii. Only referrals submitted with valid codes at the time of booking are eligible for compensation.
10.B.iv. SREM is not responsible for missing, incorrect, or omitted referral codes.
10.B.v. SREM reserves the right to verify referral validity and deny compensation in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or non-compliance.
10.C. Compensation
10.C.i. Referral compensation is issued only for completed and fully paid services.
10.C.ii. No referral compensation is issued for partially completed services, unpaid invoices, canceled appointments, or declined service packages.
10.C.iii. All referral payments are issued directly to the licensed broker or firm, which is solely responsible for distributing any agent-level compensation internally.
10.C.iv. SREM does not issue referral payments directly to individual agents or unlicensed persons.
10.C.v. Referral compensation is paid solely for marketing referrals and is not contingent upon the closing of any real estate transaction.
10.D. Compliance & Legal Structure
10.D.i. The referral program is structured to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), IRS reporting requirements, and Wisconsin real estate licensing regulations.
10.D.ii. SREM provides real estate photography and videography services as a marketing service and not as a settlement service.
10.D.iii. SREM services are not tied to, contingent upon, or required for any real estate transaction, closing, financing, or settlement-related service.
10.D.iv. Use of SREM services is entirely optional, and clients are under no obligation to use SREM or any referred service provider.
10.D.v. Referral compensation is not dependent upon the closing of a real estate transaction and is based solely on the completion and payment of SREM services.
10.E. Disclosure Requirements
10.E.i. Participating agents and/or their brokerages are responsible for complying with all applicable disclosure laws and regulations.
10.E.ii. This includes providing written disclosure to clients, at or before the time of referral, that the agent and/or brokerage may receive compensation from SREM.
10.E.iii. SREM may also require clients to acknowledge, during the booking process, that a referring agent and/or brokerage may receive compensation.
10.E.iv. Failure by an agent or brokerage to provide required disclosures shall not create liability for SREM.
10.E.v. By using a referral code during booking, the client acknowledges receipt of referral-related disclosure at or prior to the time of referral.
10.F. Ethics & Independence
10.F.i. Participation in the referral program does not influence SREM’s pricing, service quality, scheduling priority, or deliverables.
10.F.ii. Clients retain full freedom to choose any service provider and are not restricted or pressured to use SREM.
10.F.iii. SREM does not engage in exclusive referral arrangements that would limit consumer choice.
10.G. Public Disclosure & Access
10.G.i. Details of the referral program may be disclosed to participating brokers, firms, agents, or clients upon request.
11. Media Rights & Usage
11.A. Client Usage Rights
11.A.i. Clients receive full usage rights to all delivered photographs and videos for marketing, listing, and promotional purposes related to the property.
11.A.ii. Usage rights granted to the client are non-transferable and may not be sold, sublicensed, or distributed to third parties without prior written consent from SREM.
11.B. Copyright Ownership
11.B.i. SREM retains full copyright ownership of all media created unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
11.B.ii. Copyright ownership may be forfeited only if the property owner explicitly states, in written consent or on the Pre-Service Questionnaire, that SREM does not retain ownership or usage rights.
11.C. SREM Usage Rights
11.C.i. SREM may use non-identifying photographs and videos for portfolio, marketing, promotional, or educational purposes only if permission is granted by the property owner.
11.C.ii. Permission for such use must be indicated in the written consent or on the Pre-Service Questionnaire.
11.D. Restriction of Use by SREM
11.D.i. If the property owner indicates that SREM does not have permission to use the media for future marketing, portfolio, promotional, or educational purposes, SREM will fully respect and comply with this restriction.
11.D.ii. In such cases, SREM will not publicly display or distribute the media in any form.
11.E. Media Rights Release
11.E.i. Upon client request, SREM may provide a formal Media Rights Release Form.
11.E.ii. Once executed, this form fully forfeits all SREM usage rights to the media, including portfolio and promotional use.
11.F. File Storage
11.F.i. SREM is not responsible for long-term storage of media files after final delivery.
11.F.ii. Clients are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up all delivered media.
11.F.iii. SREM may, but is not obligated to, retain backup copies for a limited time.
12. Neighboring Properties & Surroundings
12.A. Visual Considerations
12.A.i. Aerial and ground media may incidentally capture portions of neighboring or adjacent properties.
12.A.ii. Clients are responsible for evaluating surrounding properties for conditions that may impact visual presentation, including but not limited to construction, vehicles, debris, or general property condition.
12.A.iii. SREM is not responsible for the appearance, condition, or activities occurring on neighboring properties.
12.B. Client Responsibility
12.B.i. Clients should ensure surrounding areas are reasonably presentable if they wish them to be reflected positively in media.
12.B.ii. SREM does not modify or stage neighboring properties and cannot control third-party actions outside the client’s property.
13. Client Responsibilities & Site Readiness
13.A. Property Access & Preparation
13.A.i. Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, accessible, and ready for filming at the scheduled appointment time.
13.A.ii. SREM is not responsible for staging, cleaning, or moving items unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
13.B. Accurate Disclosure
13.B.i. All relevant site conditions—including access instructions, restrictions, animals, parking limitations, or hazards—must be accurately disclosed prior to the scheduled service.
13.C. Safety & Right to Refuse Service
13.C.i. SREM reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service on-site if conditions are deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from what was disclosed prior to the appointment.
13.C.ii. Safety of personnel, property, and equipment is a primary priority, and decisions regarding service continuation are at the sole discretion of SREM.
14. Liability Disclaimer
14.A. General Limitation of Liability
14.A.i. SREM shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the services provided, including property damage, personal injury, delays, or loss of use, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14.B. Client Responsibility for Property Conditions
14.B.i. Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is clean, safe, accessible, and ready for filming.
14.B.ii. SREM is not responsible for cleaning, staging, moving items, or preparing the property unless explicitly agreed in writing.
14.C. Accuracy of Information Provided
14.C.i. SREM is not responsible for issues, delays, or damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information from the client (e.g., access instructions, hazards, animals, or restrictions).
14.D. Third-Party and Environmental Factors
14.D.i. SREM is not responsible for factors outside its control that may impact media quality, including neighboring property conditions, vehicles, pedestrians, traffic, weather, lighting, construction, noise, or temporary obstructions.
14.D.ii. Such factors do not constitute grounds for refunds, re-shoots, or additional editing.
14.E. Aerial and Drone Operations
14.E.i. Drone operations are subject to the limitations outlined in Section 9.
14.E.ii. SREM shall not be liable for inability to complete aerial services due to legal, environmental, or safety restrictions.
14.E.iii. Any aerial limitations do not entitle clients to full-service refunds.
14.F. Media Expectations and Performance Disclaimer
14.F.i. SREM maintains a professional, cinematic editing style.
14.F.ii. SREM does not guarantee satisfaction beyond the included revision policy.
14.F.iii. SREM does not guarantee property sale, listing performance, marketing effectiveness, or financial outcomes from the media.
14.G. Equipment and Technical Limitations
14.G.i. SREM uses professional equipment, but unforeseen technical issues may occur.
14.G.ii. In case of equipment failure, data loss, or other technical issues, SREM’s liability is limited to rescheduling or issuing a partial or full refund at its discretion.
14.H. Limitation of Financial Liability
14.H.i. SREM’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim.
14.I. Indemnification
14.I.i. The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold SREM harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to the service, including unsafe property conditions, lack of authorization, violations of laws or HOA rules, or third-party disputes.
14.J. Force Majeure
14.J.i. SREM is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including severe weather, disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, labor shortages, or equipment failure.
14.K. Acceptance of Risk
14.K.i. By booking services, the client acknowledges and accepts all reasonable risks associated with on-site photography, videography, and drone operations conducted professionally and lawfully.
15. Amendments to Terms
15.A. Right to Modify Terms
15.A.i. Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM) reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15.B. Acceptance of Changes
15.B.i. Continued use of SREM services after any updates or modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
15.C. Effective Date of Changes
15.C.i. Any updates or revisions to these Terms & Conditions shall become effective immediately upon being published or otherwise made available to clients.
16. Governing Law
16.A. Applicable Law
16.A.i. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State in which the services are performed.
16.B. Jurisdiction
16.B.i. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Snyder Real Estate Media (SREM) shall be resolved within the appropriate courts of the State in which the services are performed.
16.C. Venue
16.C.i. The parties agree that venue for any legal action shall be proper in the county where the services were performed, unless otherwise required by law.
