1. Choose Your Services

• Whether you need professional photography, cinematic video, drone footage, floor plans, or a complete marketing package, we'll help showcase your property at its best.

2. Choose Your Video Soundtrack (Optional)

• Booking a video service?

• You're welcome to choose the soundtrack for your video!

• Every soundtrack available is an original composition created and owned exclusively by Snyder Real Estate Media, allowing your property to have a unique cinematic presentation.

3. Schedule Your Appointment

• Book your appointment using our convenient online scheduler.

  • Appointments should be scheduled at least 36 hours in advance.

  • Need same-day or next-day service? Give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

• A booking payment is required to reserve your appointment.

  • This covers project preparation, travel allocation, on-site production, post production and creation of media.

4. Complete the Pre-Service Questionnaire

• After scheduling, you'll be asked to complete our Pre-Service Questionnaire.

  • This quick form provides important information such as:

    • Property address

    • Access instructions

    • Pets or occupants

    • Areas you'd like highlighted

    • Special requests

• The more accurate the information, the smoother your appointment will be.

• If someone other than the property owner is scheduling the appointment, written authorization from the property owner is required before services can be performed.

5. Shoot Day

• Relax—we've got it from here.

• You do not need to be present during the appointment. We proudly offer contactless service for your convenience.

• Our goal is simple:

  • Capture your property in the most attractive, professional, and cinematic way possible.

  • To achieve the best results, we recommend having the property cleaned, staged, and camera-ready before your appointment.

6. Media Creation & Review

• Once filming is complete, we begin professionally editing your media.

• Typical turnaround times are:

  • Photography, Floor Plans & Photo Packages: within 24 hours

  • Video Services, Virtual Walkthroughs & Complete Packages: within 48 hours

• Actual delivery times may vary depending on property size, project complexity, weather, and current workload.

• Once your proof is ready, we'll email it to you for review.

• Every project includes one complimentary round of revisions to ensure everything looks great before final delivery.

7. Payment & Delivery

• Once you've approved your proof, we'll send your final invoice.

• After your remaining balance has been paid, you'll receive your completed high-resolution media, ready to:

  • Upload to the MLS

  • Share on social media

  • Add to your website

  • Use in your marketing materials

• Then you're ready to start showcasing your property with professional media that helps attract more buyers.
