We’ve streamlined the process to be as smooth, transparent, and professional as possible. Whether it’s your first time working with us or your fiftieth, here’s how we bring your listing to life:

1. Review and Choose Your Services or Package

• Start by exploring our services—choose an individual offering or one of our curated Bronze, Silver, or Gold Packages.

2. Schedule Your Appointment

• Use our online scheduling platform to pick a convenient date and time.

  • Click HERE to schedule an appointment.

• Appointments must be booked at least 36 hours in advance.

• If you need same or next day service, no problem! Just give us a call directly.

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This covers the shoot day, video proof creation, and helps prevent cancellations or bookings made in bad faith.

3. Complete the Pre-Service Questionnaire

• After you book your appointment, you will be directed to complete the Pre-Service Questionnaire.

• This form gathers all the important details like property access instructions, special requests, areas to highlight (or avoid), and more. Accuracy here ensures a seamless and successful shoot.

• If you're scheduling on behalf of the property owner, written consent from the property owner must be provided to us.

4. Shoot Day

• Our team will arrive at the scheduled time and capture every detail, inside and out. We work efficiently—but never rush. Our goal is quality, not the clock.

• You do not have to be present—we offer contactless service for your convenience.

5. Video Rendering & Review

• Within 48 hours after your appointment, you’ll receive a proof video via email for review.

• Once you’re happy with the result, payment is collected, and the final version will be delivered.

6. Delivery & Share

• The final product is yours to download, share, and upload to your preferred listing platforms or social media.
